My experience at Williams Chicken in Cedar Hill was very disappointing. The customer service was poor to the point that I waiting over 30 minutes. Employees seemed uninterested in helping customers, communication was not responsive , and the overall atmosphere felt unwelcoming. The wait time was longer than expected, and there was little effort made to acknowledge or update customers while waiting. Food quality can only go so far when the service experience leaves customers frustrated. I hope management takes customer service more seriously and works on improving how guests are treated.

Ordered a 9 PC wings combo and had to wait 20min for my order. There was no roll and no ranch, nor any dipping sauce in my order. I was charged $20. This place needs new management and new team members. Most employees at this location are rude, unprofessional and make this franchise look bad. Also the prices are not up to date and do not match their menu. The better Williams Chicken locations are in Dallas; Ft Worth Ave, Illinois Ave, and Kiest Blvd.

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! I paid for my order and when I got home, I was extremely disappointed. Several items were missing—including peppers and white gravy—and the sides were just dumped at the bottom of the bag. I drove back to the restaurant and waited in line another 35 minutes, only to find the front counter doors locked. When I tried to explain the situation to the manager, he seemed dismissive, asking, “But didn’t you get everything?” I calmly explained what was wrong.
