Don't waste your time here. My last visit they got my entire food order wrong. I tried to get a refund through the app, they offered a $10 coupon. Since the entire food order was wrong I wanted a full refund, I emailed with Jordan who was absolutely no help at all. He offered the same coupon. I told him if that was acceptable do you think I would have elevated the issue to you? And again requested a refund, "We can only offer coupons" I said ok as long as it covers the entire order. Still wouldn't do it. Told him never mind, won't be back at BK and will leave a review for him and the restauran

Update; We have been here multiple times and most recently on March 4th for dinner and ate inside. The service slower than expected and the burgers were alright, but not that great flame broiled flavor. We will probably continue to come here whenever. Went thru the drive thru for breakfast today. The young lady at the window was very friendly and helpful. The food was much better than we expected. I know we will be back again.

This was a very bad experience. I have previously eaten here, and never experienced service like this before! When a customer is dissatisfied, the employee should make it right, not go back and forth with a customer! A milkshake should be thick and creamy. So thick you would use a spoon for it. Never should you be able to pour it out like milk! So when a customer comes to buy more than one milkshake and states this fact, you should not tell them that's how it's supposed to be and refuse to re make them! All 3 of my dessert items were poorly prepared. I know this, I have enjoyed them here in th
