While flying into a different city, with no car service, I jogged to Chuy's, ordered food and walked back to my hotel to eat it. I soon learned that the Boom Boom sauce (that I paid extra for) wasn't in my bag. I then called. I spoke to Jack who sent Ethan to my hotel with the missing items and some nice extras. This was especially nice since I'm in a new city, and without the capabilities that I normally have. So it goes without saying that Chuy's has the best LEMONADE! What a way to turn lemons into somein SWEET. Their effort is very much appreciated. I must remember though, to speak of

I recently visited Chuy's at Cedar Park and had a great experience. I tried the chicken enchiladas, and they were fantastic! The chicken was juicy, and the sauce was perfectly flavorful. But the real star of the meal was the Tres Leches dessert—it was out of this world! The cake was incredibly moist, and the sweetness was perfectly balanced. Definitely one of the best cakes I’ve ever had 🍰. As a bonus, since it was my birthday 🎉, they kindly gave me some churros, which were a sweet and delightful touch! I hadn't been here in quite some time, so thought I'd stop by and get a quick drink and an appetizer from the bar. Upon arriving (a little past 7pm) we were able to sit at the bar right away. I was greeted by Shayla, when I couldn't decide what to get, she recommended me some of her faves. I ended up getting the Skinny Marg & Appetizer Plate. The margarita tasted great, and the appetizer plate was perfect too! Shayla was very attentive but not overbearing which is always nice in a restaurant setting. The other bartender Brad I believe was his name, also was attentive and offered us waters too.

I've only lived in Texas for a week and I've had Chuy's multiple times! Every single menu item I've tried has been delicious. The guacamole crema chip dip is drinkable. The chips are insane - particularly if they're warm. The enchiladas are fresh, tasty and filling portions. Beans and rice? Also amazing! Writing this makes me want to order. I might have a problem!
