I don’t usually do reviews but man. Not only has the quality gone downhill, prices increased, but the service has too. My sister ordered a tofu general tso and we received real chicken, knowing how good of a store this was we called hoping it could be an easy resolve. The lady on the phone apologized and said the manager had to deal with any online order issues, asked for our phone number so the manager could call us back (never did, shocker.) and resolve the issue. Ultimately the quality of the food has become almost inedible, if you knew of this restaurant before any owners changes/whatever

I love this restaurant!!! The food is always fresh and delicious. The portions are great. Elena(spelling) always has great customer service and smile on her face. Best Chinese restaurant in the area!

Found a roach in my chicken and brocoli, I didnt notice it until after I ate some of it . Elena told me she could have my order remade fresh which I declined because thats disgusting, so she offered me a cash refund as they dont do credit refunds. Food tasted horrible, my general tso's tasted like boiled chicken and it wasn't even spicy like I asked for . The white rice had black specks on it , now thinking back that could possibly be roach poop. Be careful eating here , you are paying overpriced for bug infested food. But hey Elena was nice .

Hubby picked up food and was not greeted (neither was the gent waiting before him). Customer service sucked the whole whole he was there. The egg drop soup was so old that is was orange and a gel consistency. Beef and broccoli wasn't bad; egg rolls were old and nasty. Didn't like the lo mein, either! My real rating would be a 0!
