Quick ordering and easy seating made it a relaxed experience. Very disappointing experience at In-N-Out Burger. The food quality was terrible and the service was careless. We specifically asked for melted cheese on the side, and instead we were given a cold slice of cheese on a piece of paper. That alone shows how little attention they pay to orders. The fries were horrible — extremely cold, tasteless, and clearly not fresh at all. Honestly some of the worst fries I’ve had.
