The manager at this location is so kind and welcoming to all of his customers. He was especially kind to my sister who has a mental illness. He always makes her feel welcome. The restaurant is clean and the food is ready quickly and always delicious.

Purchased food yesterday at the 5 towns location. The cashier was very pleasant.. but Waited long for the food... then they used the wrong bread for my sandwich..I asked for lightly toasted.. it was almost burnt... the person making the sandwich caught that herself that she had the wrong bread because she was busy chatting with her Co worker. When she realized it was the wrong bread, she corrected it but almost burnt that bread too. I took the order but it was hard to eat it.. the bread was hard and stiff. I figured I paid for my food, waited long and still didn't get what I wanted. I asked

I didn't take photos of the location, but I will on the next visit as it was a rainy day. I ordered on the kiosk because I didn't know all that I wanted, and everyone else was on the line. I was able to get a comfortable seat area. The food and beverage were great and prepared well. I would visit again.

Place is okay but staff need a refresher in customer service. I ordered lunch and sandwiches and salad like i always do. Decided to treat myself with a brownie. I got to pick up at the window and I check the bag right there without moving. No brownie. So I politely told the lady that placed the bag up there that I had ordered a brownie as well. She turns and speaks to another woman. Who responded " did u check the bag cause ppl lie" I say nothing and just placed it back on the counter. They both look and realized it wasn't in the bag after getting my order corrected I gave it away to guy
