I stopped by Pho Lee yesterday and was thoroughly impressed. The food was outstanding, the service was incredibly quick, and I was amazed by how many customization options were available. I loved the spicy onion side dish so much that I added it straight to my pho, which was packed with plenty of savory meat. I only wish more pho spots offered this level of flavor, quality, and variety. Update (added every page of the menu) as well got their medium combination with spicy chicken wings. Apologies on the glare of the menu

Pho Lee does pho the way it should be: fresh ingredients and lots of them. Even the noodles bowls are a mighty portion, and they are never shy on the meats! The staff is always friendly, on their A game, and will most likely remember the dish you ordered even if you've only been in once.

Latest review : I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant six months ago. The food was delicious and the management was friendly and polite, showing a genuine interest in their customers. However, my recent visit was quite unpleasant. The management was unprofessional and the food was not as good as before. I have reduced my rating by three stars. During this visit, the management was not attentive or friendly. They seemed to ignore our table and rushed us to place our order when we were considering trying something new from the menu. First time in Denver for wedding and stopped by for lunch. Got my usual pho order of rare beef and tendon. The medium bowl was a good size with healthy amount of beef, although they were smaller triangle pieces and not the larger oval slices that are typical. The tendon was good; however wish there was more. Service was quick and professional, but not too friendly. Solid option for pho.
