This was our first time at High Street and we will definitely be returning. My wife and I went for a date night. From the time we arrived everyone was so friendly and accommodating. We were early for our reservations so the hostess sat us at the bar while we waited for our table to be ready. We both had the Vermont amigio which was great and the bartenders were so friendly and helped us with recommendations for dinner. When we were sat our waiter was also super helpful and friendly. This restaurant deserves a Michelin. The bread itself is the best in the city and is well incorporated in multiple dishes which makes this restaurant unique. I tried a bit of everything from drinks to food. The pastrami sandwich was meaty and full of flavor as other reviews mentioned. Definitely worth trying if your hungry. Cute little restaurant! I got the kale Caesar salad with added crispy chicken, and everything was so fresh. It’s hard to find a really good Caesar salad, but this one definitely hit the mark. My server, Julian, provided great service, shared some recommendations, and was very attentive throughout my visit. I’ll definitely be back!

Not far from Philadelphia's historic center, a modern restaurant with a nice, bright décor, offering pasta, pizza, and burgers. My burger was very good - flavorful, with a wonderfully soft bun and good fries (which were just a touch too salty). The glass of "Big Red" on offer paired perfectly with it. Very friendly service. The restaurant is a little noisy - though perhaps not so much by American standards. Reservation strongly recommended
