If you are looking for someone with customer service etiquette she is definitely the one to be promoted to management. Anyone that makes you feel at home deserves all the accolades.

I waited for a double cheese burger for 30 minutes I asked where’s my food and they said hold on waited 5 minutes and still didn’t come out then they said I got my food which I didn’t and I said can I have a refund and they said no so I wanted 40 minutes for a double cheese burger

Made an order thru McDonalds app and staff treated us that we are scamming them. we had proof of the ordered and got billed to my debit bank account. very unprofessional staff and manager. I will escalate this to the corporate and complaint about this. there is no point using McDonald App if they are not honoring my order. what a shame!

I go to this micky d's every other day when im taking my afternoon walk. Its always nice a d clean inside. Easy to hit on my route home. Ive been ordinary the same thing since I was a young boy. Mcchicken medium fry and a sweet tea or coke.
