Ordered online at 8:25am for 9am pickup. Was told when I arrived at the store at 8:56 that my order “just came across their screen” and it would be 10 more minutes. Went back into the store at 9:12 and still no food. Food came out 9:15 and some sandwiches weren’t labeled correctly so it was confusing when I checked the order. The place wasn’t busy at all and there seemed to be several employees with not much to do. When I got home the sandwiches turned out to be not great. This was my first visit to Panera Bread. The food was delicious and felt healthy. The restaurant itself was clean and relaxing. While I found the prices a bit high for what I received, the quality of the food justified the cost. If the food hadn't been good, I would have been disappointed, but overall, it was a good experience. I might return in the future, though it won't be a regular spot for me, perhaps once every few months.

I went in on a Saturday morning to grab a quick coffee and ended up staying longer than I expected. The place has a relaxed vibe, nothing over the top, just comfortable and easy to sit in for a while. I ordered a latte and a breakfast sandwich. The coffee was smooth and not too strong, and the sandwich was warm and fresh. Service was polite and pretty quick even though it was a bit busy. Prices felt fair for what you get. It’s not a fancy spot, but it’s solid and dependable. I’d come back again when I’m in the area.

Original 5/20: They do not take food allergies seriously here. I ordered a strawberry poppyseed chicken salad today with no pecans and marked that I have an allergy to nuts and peanuts to cover my bases. The salad had little pieces of pecans in it as if an employee realized there was an allergy too late and picked out the pieces. I had to go back over there to speak to a manager. She refunded my money, apologized to me, and walked away. If I had eaten that salad and didnt catch those little pieces, I could have had an anaphylactic reaction. I even used my $5 coupon online to get the salad, so
