If you love craft beer and Asian food, this is an incredible restaurant/concept. Really unique selection of house brews and food. I got a flight of several beers with rare styles I’ve never tried. I really liked their hazy styles but all were good. The Korean chicken wings were fantastically crisp with a sweet/spicy gochujang sauace. The sushi was really fresh and balanced. I loved that they finely julienned the cucumber so the crunch didn’t overpower the roll at all (I don’t like huge chunks of cucumber in sushi) The nigiri was really good and well prepared. Hopstix is absolute perfection! Fantastic and attentive service, huge and delicious portions, such a vibrant menu, and great atmosphere overall. Our waitress - whose name, I believe, was Jojo - was prompt and always checking in on us, making our dining experience even better. My friend and I went on an incredibly rainy day and - despite the weather - had a blast for hours just enjoying the fare and the coziness of the place. Would absolutely, 100% recommend coming here!

Lunch today at Hopstix in Chamblee-my first time in over a year or more It’s a Japanese brewery and food that I would call Asian Fusion Jennie was our server and was very help in that my guest was a first timer We ordered Calamari and a Katsu Curry Bowl.
