Absolutely sweet experience! Food was surprisingly good especially for the pupusas. Both tamales come with tasty sauce and I prefer the Mexican style. I have to say while the food was delicious, what made the experience truly perfect was the staff's hospitality. And this is by far the only restaurant that I’m willing to give tips because of Jonathan (most hospitable people I’ve ever met).

I have tried every Mexican restaurant in the area since moving here from Florida and none compare. THE BEST TAMALES IN CHAMPAIGN-URBANA! The amount of joy I experienced on the first bite of my food was immense and only progressed as I continued eating. I’ve only gotten to try a few other dishes off the menu, but I don’t need to try more to know this is legit. Highly recommend. So happy I finally checked out the food. I will absolutely be coming back again and again.
