Cafe Zupas absolutely exceeded expectations. The atmosphere was easily a 100 out of 10 clean, modern, welcoming, and full of great energy. The restaurant was packed, which is always a great sign, but what really stood out was how fast and efficient the service still was. Had such a great experience at Café Zupas today! The girl making the sandwiches was amazing and so sweet, and she made everything perfectly. The boss was super cool, outgoing, and really welcoming which made the whole place feel friendly. The other guy working there was awesome too and you could tell the whole team works really well together. Everyone was so kind and made it a really great experience. Definitely one of the best visits I’ve had here!

I brought a friend here for lunch today. She’s never been. The soda/ silverware station was a mess. Tables weren’t wiped down. No napkins, trash everywhere. I was embarrassed. Granted, it was lunchtime, and then line was long and took a while for it to move. My friends and I like to come here, and really hope they can focus on cleanliness, and efficient customer service in the future.
