The tastiest Korean food in the area. We had a great experience at mama Kim’s and definitely want to come back asap. The food was amazing, and staff very friendly and kind. We ordered the beef bulgogi, jjampong, jajangmyeon and tteokboki. My fav was the bulgogi. All the dishes were very flavorful with generous portions and came with various Korean side dishes which were very tasty as well. We’ve been to many Korean restaurants and would definitely recommend this one.

Food was delicious! Edamame was the perfect amount of thick salt to give a good flavor. Broccoli could have been less seasoned but food overall was delicious. Atmosphere had a dingy look to it with storage easily shown in the back seating area with a leaking ceiling tile.

A little disappointing. I had high expectations as this place looked pretty authentic. Service was ok and food came out quickly. I ordered the chicken Bulgogi and whilst it was moist and hot it lacked any real flavor except table salt. I think the best thing was the spicy cucumber. Which was delicious. The accompanying rice was cold and gelatinous. Maybe I just ordered the wrong thing. I will try dining here again as it is in a super convenient location.

I tried the Jjamppong this time and it was AMAZING!!! It tasted just like what I had back in South Korea—super authentic. Also I LOVE Mama Kim’s Tteokbokki. It tastes just like the Tteokbokki from the snack spots near Korean schools. So nostalgic and delicious. And they’re all super nice and friendly. I’ll definitely be coming back!
