It was an an absolute pleasure to meet and speak with Thierry Chateau and his friend tonight. I arrived after closing time, and they graciously stayed late to prepare a lasagna dinner for me. I ordered an iced chai with oat milk and was given a cup of oat milk with chai spice syrup. If you’re going to list a chai latte under the tea section of the menu and charge ~$6 for a small, the beverage should probably have tea in it. The l’original (which is a jambon beurre and traditionally a cold sandwich) was served warm and had approximately 1 slice of ham on it with no butter and was not served on a baguette. For a ~ $14 sandwich, one ingredient wasn’t even put on the sandwich…. and it’s a two ingredient sandwich….Staff were fine but I’m genuinely appalled at the food/drink you’re servi
