You can tell he truly cares about the customer experience. The restaurant was very clean, including the bathrooms, which says a lot about the pride they take in the establishment. The servers were fast, attentive, and efficient, and the food came out quickly, fresh, and literally sizzling hot on the plate. OVERPRICED for some overcooked, scrawny pieces of lamb. To make matters worse, I ordered it with mashed potatoes. I didn’t find out they were out until they brought my food out and had those 4 depraved and salty pieces of lamb on some French fries. Now let’s get to the food. I ordered collard greens, fries and 3 whole wings. Ranch, hot sauce and ketchup as condiments for the obvious. Okay let’s dive in. So I tried the collards first and they were straight great. I tried the fries and they had a slight crunch on the outside but an undercooked texture on the inside.
