“This place deserves the hype and struggle to get a reservation. Everything felt very authentic italian and tasted so fresh. My favorite thing we tried was the burrata with house made focaccia and we got an olive oil flight too, which was fun. I would definitely come back!!”

Elliott Wood★★★★★I came in on short notice with my girlfriend and had a wonderful time. The staff were attentive, the ambiance was wonderful, the cocktails well thought out, and a great wine list! We started with the burrata with orange marmalade, accompanied by a salted beat salad- all of which was fantastic. Our dinner course of gnocchi and mushroom tortelloni was off the charts. Finished with their tiramisu which turned out to pretty much just be crack. Will be back for brunch and dinner again!
Saldy Sabado★★★★★She staff were attentive. We had our little one with us and they were accommodating to sit us close by the entrance and nice enough to stow away the stroller while we dine. Food looked very presentable just like their sister restaurants. Taste was excellent as well and we definitely enjoyed our dinner. Parking is tough, but that’s just how that area is. I just wish that the $3 reservation fee goes towards our final bill.
jlmcewan★★★★★Many times you find a diamond of a restaurant, it's in the perfect location and the food is outstanding. Almost never, do you find a restaurant with one crucial additional element: service. Typically, you sacrifice food quality or location if you want great service. I can count on one hand the number of restaurants I have visited that have all three. Now, because of Abigail, I need to start counting on my other hand. She was attentive, kind, and smiled. These all are things a proper server is trained to do. However, Abigail truly meant it, it wasn't a show-she truly has a love for making people feel special. From the custom, hand-written thank you note, to the surprise anniversary dessert, she (and the entire team) made my wife and I FEEL loved. You literally can not find that anywhere. The level of finesse and expertise she exemplified should be taught in a class to all operators who want their guests to feel special. That drives loyalty and ultimately, profit. Take it from someone w
Ankit Chainani★★★★★There are restaurants that earn their Michelin recognition through precision alone, and then there are ones that earn it through something warmer. Ever Andalo in Charlotte sits firmly in the second camp. From the moment warm bread arrived at the table, the evening had a generosity to it that never let up — and our server, whose name I'm kicking myself for not catching, set the tone entirely. Hospitable in the truest sense: attentive without hovering, warm without performance. The food matched that energy. We worked our way through different pastas, a chef's special, a negroni that hit exactly right, a bottle of wine, and a handful of olive oil varieties — each arriving at its own perfect moment, nothing rushed, nothing forgotten. The kitchen clearly communicates with the floor here, which sounds basic but is rarer than it should be. Five stars without hesitation. Charlotte is lucky to have it.
Jacob Packett★★★★★This review is long overdue. Since Ever Andalo first opened in NODA, it quickly became my wife's favorite restaurant in the city, and one of the best ways to make her day, and treat visitors to Charlotte for a good time. Food wise, we have been to this restaurant many times and have had several items on the menu. They have never disappointed! Pictured is the warm focaccia. salted, and with the olive oil flight. A deviation from the Burrata we normally order that is a favorite of mine. You also can't go wrong with the toasted hazelnuts. I can't come here and not order the Calabrian Chili Pappardelle, my wife gets the Spaghetti alla Nerano with the cheese cloud. Nothing makes her as happy in the world as that dish! You also cannot go wrong with the Braised Short Rib (pictured), The Wagyu NY Strip is delightful and the Wagyu Steak & Eggs from the brunch menu is absolutely divine. The food and the environment are beautifully quint and classy. The quality has never disappointed us and it's

Joe N.★★★★★Stopped in for a couple apps and drinks. Good craft beer list, and impressive list of wines! The atmosphere was very comfortable, not too bright, candles, semi casual. Very friendly and knowledgeable service. The apps were incredible. We had the Burrata and Fried Artichokes, and I would 100% recommend either, or both! Far enough out of the city so traffic was not bad, and there's a small parking lot in the back, or on street parking. A+++
Jo Covington Nencetti★★★★★We have had so many friends recommend this place, so we finally popped in with a friend. We did not have a reservation, but we wanted to sit at the bar anyway. Reservations are highly recommended because it gets busy. There were 3 of us and we wanted to try several things on the menu, so we shared everything, it was plenty of food for us. Allison our bartender/server was great at explaining the menu and gave us great recommendations for sharing. The bread was fun and came with 3 different olive oils from different regions in Italy. We also got the beet salad, go good! We also got the Branzino and Gnocchi. We were too full for deserts, but had a nice bottle of wine and a cocktail. Carly who also helped us with recommendations was the best. We will definitely be back and spread the word on this cute Italian place.
