I love my gizzards fried hard with EXXXTRAAAA lemon pepper, OKAYY!!? They get it right every time. In person and through DDash/ Uber. I always leave a note for how I want my order to be prepared if it’s not listed in the options to choose from and sometimes I get the urge to call just to be sure and they’re never agitated or have talked to me nasty when I’m on the phone. Whenever something is not available(very rarely!), they always call to make sure that they can Substitute it and accommodate me with something that’s available and it’d be what I chose as opposed to something random and last
