⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ While staying at Hotel Clemons, we decided to try Old Gilman Grill since it was just a short walk away, and I’m so glad we did. We ordered the pork belly appetizer, the salmon, and a couple of cocktails, and every single thing was delicious. The salmon was cooked perfectly, the pork belly was a great starter, and the drinks were well made. What really stood out was the service. Our server, Kate, was fantastic. We went to Chattanooga for our anniversary and boy did we get pleasantly surprised with this restaurant. The food was spectacular. Steak and frites - 10 stars. Juicy, delicious. Ribeye was one of the best I’ve had. Beat the big steakhouses in Nashville. Get the burnt Brussels with the aioli dipping sauce . It wil change your life. We enjoyed our meal! My wife said the bacon dates are some of the best she’s ever had! We sat on the patio which completely filled by the time we finished. I had steak frites which was good and fries are fresh cut style. We also had calamari and my wife had the medallions which were really over cooked but the manager jump to rectify. We would absolutely visit again

The service was top notch friendly, attentive, and fast. I had the Gilman Pasta with extra protein (blackened chicken breast), and oh my gosh, I can still taste that amazing sauce!
