Went on a stormy Friday with my wife but had a great time. The food was delicious and our waitress was a good time! Maybe because we came on a rainy day, the service was upped but my wife and I had a great time. We started off with the bacon wrapped dates, calamari, and truffle fries before having their steak with a red chimichuri. It was so good and their musical entertainment was awesome too! Definitely going to be coming back.

Loved everything we ate. Good service, beautiful views and ambiance! The only downside was there was a noisy group near us. There is a dress code, so my husband took his hat off- wasn't a problem, just be aware before you go!

Had a very enjoyable experience at Paloma Bar de Tapas during my stay at The Westin. If you’re in the area, it’s a must stop. The views are incredible, the service is impeccable and, the food and drinks…Splendid! Must try the Calamari and Empanadas!

This place is decorated absolutely beautifully! But beware, they are extremely understaffed, it took 30 minutes to get a drink, and we were sitting at the bar. We had a great bite to eat, and were so excited to try the Christmas cocktails. They were yummy, but not as good as I would have hoped. It took us 40 minutes to get our drinks. Our bartender Brandon apologized over and over, he was very nice and worked as fast as he could, they were just overwhelmed.
