Wow, we are sure glad we picked this restaurant to eat at during our recent visit to Chattanooga. Our server Noah was on top of his game especially staying the specials. We dined during lunch which I considered very fair for the prices. I opted for the pot roast, grits, and beets with goat cheese. Absolutely delicious. My girlfriend tried the pork tenderloin, mashed potatoes, and mac and cheese. Let me tell ya, the pork was amazing, and the mac was the best I've probably ever tasted. Loved the water in the glass bottles as well. If I'm ever back in the area again, I know where I'm eating.

We couldn't decide what entrees to order, so we decided on a couple of appetizers and sharing. I have never seen barbecue carrots on a menu and had to try them. My wife made fun of me ordering the barbecue carrots and then proceeded to eat more than me. They are delicious! We also ordered deviled eggs, chicken livers, and trout dip. Everything was delicious and when plenty to take home. Our server was outstanding and it was an excellent dining experience.

My husband and I ate at Public House about 10 years ago and remember it being very good, so on his birthday trip to Chattanooga we decided this would be a great place for a celebration dinner. Our server Noah was exceptional. He was so professional and competent, but also very friendly. We started our dinner with the meat/cheese plate and thought it the perfect beginning to our meal. I had the quail and white bean cassoulet and my husband had the salmon; both entrees were very good. I personally thought the cassoulet could have used more seasoning, but other than being a bit bland for my tast

It's been years since I stopped here. What a treat! I enjoyed the lovely pot roast that was so tender and the sauce was rich. I enjoyed a side of beets with goat cheese and a small salad. Everything was delicious. One companion got the chicken livers with grits and hot butter sauce. The batter was too heavy so she was searching for the actual meat, but the flavor was wonderful with a kick of heat. A little more grits would have allowed her to soak up the sauce and pair with the healthy portion of chicken. My other companion enjoyed the roasted quail small plate. The inside was juivy with a cri
