This was my first visit to a DiBella's and I will most definitely become a regular. With it being my first visit I asked the server for some patience while I read over the menu boards and she was most pleasant. I wound up getting the mini pack with a five inch sub, a chocolate chip cookie and a Pepsi. While waiting for my order, I devoured the cookie and had to order two more. I was impressed with how quickly I got my meal and headed home. This food was delish and I’m questioning why I’ve never ventured in before. The bread was so fresh!

This is by far the worst location in Buffalo. They haven’t been able to get the management right over five years of me going there every time I order or almost every time there’s an issue their systems are shot. You place an order on the app, thinking it’ll be ready when you got there. It never is. They don’t make your order until you come in. It makes no sense. Their management is horrible.

Every time I come to this location I’m treated very well. The staff is always polite, helpful, and knowledgeable of the products. This is my 2nd time ordering at the counter with this very respectful young male employee. He made my sandwich so good the first time that when I came and he wasn’t here I ordered a totally different sandwich. He is definitely a great representation of DiBella’s Subs on Union Road in Cheektowaga, NY. Keep up the amazing work young man!!!!

I was surprised how nice the employees were. 3 different people checked to make sure I was taken care of while my sub was being made. The sub was great but was a bit sloppy when it was put together. Tuna, lettuce and tomato on multigrain roll. Location was very clean and my order was completed quickly. Happy customer.
