To start, when we first walked into this Tim Hortons the service was great. We got our food quickly and everything we received was correct. The reason I am rating this place one star is because of the filthy conditions. One of us had to use the bathroom and we were appalled by how disgusting it was. There was poop smeared all over the floor, the toilet brush was soaked in poop, there was poop on the toilet itself, and it looked like the bathroom had not been cleaned in months. This is completely unacceptable. Even though we had good service, we will not be coming back here because it is clear
