Scolded me for ordering on app shortly before reaching speaker. I drive 45 mins to work here in Chelmsford and I shouldn’t be on my phone while driving, if I park and order, I have to fight with 3 different lanes of traffic merging into the drive thru. Drive thru girl said I needed to not do this and order ahead of time, then Said I needed to walk in and park. Manager Tried to say it’s for me and my wait time, but if they cared about my wait time, they wouldn’t ask me to park and walk in, AND it takes the same amount of time to make my order thru the app vs through the speaker. Went here twice in the last 2 weeks and both times they have messed up my orders. Tried to give the benefit of the doubt but with constant wrong orders can’t say I’ll go back again. Also staff is not that friendly, I get the morning rush can be exhausting but even on my worst days I help customers with a smile and tell them to have a good day or say thank you when they say it to me.

Ordered ahead on the app for my donuts , and went to pick them up just to come across that they don’t have them anymore. They can’t give a refund an expect me to choose an option out of 2 terrible donut flavors that i do not like. If you guys don’t have the donuts, just put that in the app, instead of me buying them for $6 and to just get 1 donut that is not what i ordered, only because you guys ran out

This location has gone way downhill in the past several months. My typical order took over 20 minutes and the meal was uncooked in the middle. Atmosphere says "we don't care". You can tell a cheap franchise owner because they never stock the small straws, and the big ones are too big for a Sm or Med iced coffee. 6 workers on staff, two with clipboards looking busy but not helping while several of us were waiting. Kitchen is visible and doesn't inspire confidence.
