My wife and I stopped here because she bought me a gift card. We stopped in and had the Trace menu—a soup and a sandwich. They have a few vegetarian sandwiches on the menu, which was cool for me, and she, of course, got a chicken sandwich. We both absolutely loved the cheddar broccoli soup; it was so good. The staff was kind, very attentive, and funny as well, and the atmosphere was good. Free refills on drinks are always a plus.

Service is fine but food is very much hit or miss. Freshness and quality of ingredients is my biggest issue... I have gotten salads with wilting squishy lettuce several times, and today actually got a salad with still frozen chicken and wrinkly tomatoes. They have many gluten-free and dairy-free options which are great for my limited diet, I just wish the food quality was better!

After 80 dollars spent in this trash service of a so called friendly establishment i will make sure that everyone know how poor is their service. My whole order was not what we asked for. The receipt was the only thing that had the right order but the bag had nothing we asked for just lettuce on bread no chicken then to get told to file a complaint online was mind blowing sad sad sad trash employees
