This locatjon was a 10/10. I ordered late, felt bad because I knew it was an hour before closing. The staff was friendly, the inside was visibily clean from the parking lot and it did not disappoint when I walked it. There was nothing on the floor, the tables and counters were clean. It exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly, accommodating and worked well together. I was so impressed because it was the end of the night (10pm). Grabbed take out from here in a pinch. The wait wasn't bad and the service was good but unfortunately our orders were not correct. We got take out and when we got home all of our sandwiches were missing multiple toppings. I know five guys is expensive which I understand but spending hard earned money on a family meal only to be disappointed sucks. I will be spending my money elsewhere moving forward. I e-mailed the website shortly after this happened and got ZERO response.

My experience at this location was disappointing, with frozen cheese that wasn't melted and overly salty fries. For $20, I expected a cheeseburger with melted cheese and fresh fries, but neither was the case. Additionally, the employees had difficulty communicating in English, which made ordering frustrating as I had to repeatedly clarify my requests. I would advise avoiding this location if possible

Incredibly expensive burger("little burger" is $8), but it tastes fresh. There is a wide variety of options to add to your burger. The staff works quickly and each order was accurate. Shakes are delish and they offer a huge variety! But literally the most $$ I've ever paid for a milkshake.
