I had reservations for Valentine’s Day around 10pm.This is a very nice place and the decorations on Valentine’s Day were beautiful. Our waitress Anna was HORRIBLE! She was rude and had an attitude all night. She was not attentive to our table at all. I asked her for a glass of water and utensils which she never brought out at all. The Sugar Factory in Cherry Hill, NJ is a wonderful place to eat & gather. My daughter enjoyed her 15th birthday here & our family was thrilled. The wings, mac n cheese pops, rainbow sliders & the grilled chicken sandwich were all delicious. Finally the staff was excellent especially our server "Janet." They brought out a milkshake with a lit sparkle & sang happy birthday to my daughter. The Sugar Factory gets high marks from me!

I had a great experience at Sugar Factory, thanks to Clarissa’s amazing service. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. She really added to the overall vibe and made us feel taken care of. I also loved my drink the Lemonade Smash (without strawberry) was super refreshing, perfectly balanced, and exactly what I needed. Between the great service and delicious drinks, it was definitely an enjoyable experience. I’ll be back for sure!

I recently visited the Sugar Factory in Cherry Hill for my daughter’s 13th birthday, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. My first issue was with the reservation process. We were allowed to book an 8:30 PM reservation, but after finally being seated, we were informed around 9:00 PM that the kitchen would be closing in 10 minutes. If the kitchen was essentially closing at that time, reservations should not have been available that late. At the very least, guests should be informed before arriving that they will be rushed to order. Because of the kitchen closing, we felt pressu
