Absolutely horrible customer service. Whoever is the night manager should be immediately fired as they are unsuited for this position. They have no sense of management, everyone just doing what they want. Sending MULTIPLE cars to the side to show improvement in customer service speed but the parking lot speaks otherwise. After being sent to the side the lady walked to 5 cars with my order prior to coming to mine. Than when I finally got my order, they messed up everything but the fries. 20 minutes wasted.

Hello, The experience at this location was unacceptable. Orders are prepared extremely slowly, and the staff appears completely uninterested and careless toward customers. Despite the excessive wait time, no explanation or apology was provided. This level of service is far below Taco Bell standards. I request an immediate review of this location and appropriate corrective action to be taken.

I placed a mobile order for pickup, and the app showed my order was ready. However, when I arrived, I was told the black beans weren’t ready and ended up waiting 20 minutes. During that time, the staff did not communicate well — their attitude and body language came across as dismissive, and whenever I followed up, I didn’t receive a proper response. My low rating is based on the poor customer service, lack of accountability, and the inaccurate app notification about my order being ready when it wasn’t. The food itself was just average — nothing special. This location definitely needs improve
