I stopped by this Dunkin’ this morning for breakfast, and it was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The three women working the morning shift were extremely rude from the moment I walked in. They acted irritated that customers were even there, spoke with an attitude, and snapped back at people who asked simple questions about their orders. Instead of being professional, they were openly talking back to customers and showing zero respect or basic courtesy. I can’t speak about the food here because I rarely eat it, but the service is very inconsistent. I realize it’s early in the morning, but the woman at the counter needs to do a different job. She gave me such attitude this morning, no smile, nothing. I was the only one she gave attitude to too. I believe there is racial profiling going on here as well. The older woman however is very nice! Hopefully they’re able to get another staff member to work the front or I think it’ll deter a lot of “regulars” from coming to this Dunkin location.

I order a hot tea and 2 donuts. The girl gave me my tea. I waited 10 min while uiur staff is fooling around inside. Had to bang on window. Need a manager. We are customers that show up all the time. Its not hard taking a order and hand it out. I am on the food business. I would fire them person. Customer are the ones that keep your doors open. Without us you have no business. Oh boy! First of all, David unfortunately isn’t the best at his job. He lacks any personality, complains constantly, and consistently messes things up. In just five minutes, David made three things incorrectly. Even his coworker was over his attitude and lack of care. I’m not one to complain, but maybe it was just an off day…. Fingers crossed
