My family and I have eaten at quite a few establishments in the Cheyenne area and the food is decent and the customer service so so. But this taco John’s never fails To disappoint. Our order is never wrong Always tasty and the best part of it all is the customer service we receive. Whoever Does the hiring at this Location deserves recognition. Got a four dollar burrito and it’s barely bigger than a bick lighter. Drive through is Ai and annoying, and value is gone. Therefore, not returning again. How can you serve that and expect people to come back? 😆

I went tonight to this location, uhgg! I waited 10 minutes for 2 bean burritos? They rehydrated the beans as I waited at 8pm, it was not cooked hard pieces of beans through out the burritos. I threw it out!!! What a waste. also there sour cream isn't real at alll Really??

Breakfast burritos were decent, nothing to write home about. The guy operating the drive through was awesome though. Great attitude, he sounded like he had just got a dream date with whoever his dream date would be. Decent food with great people, at least on the morning shift.
