Today I went to get myself a matcha. The young lady who took my order is so nice and helpful. And my matcha was perfectly done, made and the taste is way better than I was expecting (considering that other Dunkin’ Donuts don’t make it how I order it) Thank you so much to the young lady. You deserve a raise, and your costumer service is a 100/10.🤍

This morning I went for a refill and the young lady with the lip piercings messed up my whole order there was no caramel on my coffee when I specifically asked for ice, caramel, cream and sugar. I asked for a double chocolate donut and she gave me strawberry frosted. I’m not one to write reviews but this really upset me. This coffee tasted so disgusting I had to throw it out.
