I brought 30 students here for lunch after our visit to the Studabaker Theater. Also, I would love to shout out 3 of the employees there. Latrice, Eddie and Marshawn all were soooo good working with this large group. We did order the day before to prep them but it was a seamless process. Please let these employees know they are A1!

On the positive side, the cashier was very friendly, and the atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming. However, the food was below average this time. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with no pickles, but it came with pickles, and the chicken had an off-putting, old smell. That said, the bread was fresh and tasty, and I appreciated the classic idea of their waffle fries. Overall, it was an average experience—great service and atmosphere, but the food quality needs improvement.

Chick-Fil-A was a must-try fast-food chain. I kept hearing about their chicken burger and decided to experience it. I was genuinely excited. The staff were enthusiastic and the branch we visited in downtown Chicago was spacious. The Order: - Chick-Fil-A Chicken. - Chick-Fil-A Deluxe. - Chick-Fil-A Nuggets. - Chick-Fil-A Spicy Deluxe. - Chick-Fil-A Waffle Potato Fries. I ordered 4 piece chicken tenders and got the 12 piece nugget instead. I didn't say anything because the tenders are cheaper. Also my waffle fries have no salt at all. The service was good and the staff was kind; facility was clean. I hate to compare it to the other location on State Street, but State Street is so much better.
