When I tell you they slay every cake I order from them, I had to give them a review. The cakes also tastes amazing. I have no complaints. They are always friendly, patient, and helpful. My birthday I had a vision but on a budget & indecisive. My cake came out perfect. I didn’t even want to cut it because it was just that pretty. Ace Bakery continue with your amazing work. I am disappointed with my experience. We purchased a custom baby shower cake for approximately $390. The cake was transported upright and secured in the vehicle and never fell. Upon arrival, we discovered that the cake had shifted and sustained damage while still inside the packaging. When we contacted the bakery, we were immediately blamed for the damage and accused of transporting the cake improperly. I came here because someone told me they do a good job. But I was very disappointed. I email them the picture of the cupcakes I wanted to see if they could do them and they emailed me back saying what the price was for the cupcakes and for the decorations. So when I went into the store to place the order I asked the young lady again can y'all do the cupcakes like this and she said yes. As well as if I could use three different pictures for the cupcakes and she said yes. My confirmation cake was a huge hit! Absolutely gorgeous and the red velvet was incredible. Prices are reasonable and they accept EBT. Workers are very helpful and patient. I highly recommend this place for you’re bakery needs 🙌
