Tried Qin Lian Hot Pot and honestly the food was AMAZING — probably better than many other hot pot places I’ve tried. Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and so yummy 😍 One thing that really makes this place special is the condiment station where you can customize your own dipping sauces. They even give you an apron to protect your clothes which was such a nice touch and made the experience even better. My coworkers and I came here for lunch during restaurant week on a weekday, and overall, it was a great experience. Since it wasn’t busy, we were seated right away. A few of my coworkers had never tried hotpot before, and our server took the time to explain how everything worked. He was incredibly helpful and patient, which we really appreciated.
