“Nice and clean Great service!”

The dine in area is very clean compared to some other McDonald's in town. The service was very fast and friendly and I was helped quickly at the counter rather than one of the kiosks. It can get very crowded in the drive through during lunch hours, but I was there around 11:30 am and it was not bad. There is a pretty good amount of parking and 2 lanes in the drive through that merge into 1 lane. I only marked the food a 4 because it's fast food so I cant give any of it 5 stars, but it's good for the standard quality.

If I order cook to order and I live two minutes away why are my kids fry’s cold like they have been sitting there for twenty minutes. This has been happening more and more at this location. My kid won’t eat old fry’s literally only come here because my kid likes it never order for myself The fact that the employees are being so petty to sit there make you wait to make your cook to order cold again it’s starting to get annoying, especially when you’re doing it to a kid because it’s not food for myself. Ordered a pretty simple meal, a plain cheeseburger and fries. When I paid and pulled up to the second window they told me to pull up front, as they were waiting for my "PLAIN cheeseburger to be made". The lady recited back to me that it was plain, yet when I got it after waiting an extra 10 minutes it was not plain, I made it simpler for them to make and it took them extra time, and still did it wrong after I had my order repeated back to me correctly from the first and second window.

This location is lacking in several areas. Including customer service and wait time. Even not considering all that, they’ve removed their sweet chili sauce which is a PERMANENT menu item that’s supposed to come with McCrispy strips, but they have completely removed it from DoorDash recently. I call that false advertising imo.
