I had an incredibly terrible experience at this location. I was charged for "extra chicken" that I never ordered. When I pointed out, the cashier refused to refund the difference or correct the transaction, stating that only offering a vague "discount for the next visit." (as I read through other reviews and realized this is a pattern of behavior for this location. Overcharging customers is their standard practice) The service was even worse. When I tried to get the extra chicken I was forced to pay for, the server completely ignored me. She chose to mop the floor and wipe tables right in fro

People say this location sucks but if you come right when they open, they give you huge portions and I'm definitely satisfied with the size of my chicken bowl. I had a bite of chicken with every bite and they were generous with the sour cream. It seems every location in Downtown San Francisco has bad reviews so it seems chipotle is falling apart altogether. What a shame as it's simple to prepare their food fresh and serve the right portions. Anyone who experiences some kind of bullshit at any location needs to speak up and let them know that you want your food made right!!!! Let's get these gu

Went For Dinner today girl in line served me good portions. Meats were fresh out the grill and steak was cooked well. Line moved fast. Staff were kind and polite. Great Experience overall!

What did they do to me today? They only put rice in the leaves and did not put anything in. I would have called them veggie balls. Okay, they put a little rice and a little bit. They put beams in the leaves. A little bit, a little bit, a little bit. And they took more money. They took 14 dollars from me. And they took more money. And they did not give me the whole thing. They do not do me this good service.
