Stopped at Grind House for a coffee while visiting the area. The Americano was a bit stronger than I like but still very good. The staff was friendly when taking my order and the wait to get my coffee was about 5 minutes. Very small location with both bench and chair seating. The location is on a nice street with plenty of metered street parking.

I like my coffee BOLD and STRONG! Started going black coffee 2 weeks ago, GRIND HOUSE was DELICIOUS. Today however, is a cheat day for me, so I ordered a cold brew AND a brown sugar latte with oat milk and added shot, shots pull in doubles 🥳🤗 They made my day!! Thank you GRIND HOUSE!! You da bestest!!

Hi there, I just wanted to share some feedback. I really like this place and I don’t mind paying $7 for my drink because I genuinely enjoy coming here. Lately though, I’ve been questioning why I keep coming back because the quality has been inconsistent. Please stick to the beverage recipe. Recently my Vanilla Sweet Cream drink tasted really bad — like it was made differently or rushed. I even find myself wondering who the barista is before ordering because I’m not sure if the drink will turn out right. I’m saying this because I know the team can do better.
