I love Waba grill, the food is great, fast and healthy, but the customer service here is less than desirable. I had to call corporate to get an issue resolved (which they did immediately) and I shouldn't have to do that. There is never a manager present or available for call back. They would not even give me the store manager's name because they are "not authorized to give that info out" and then I was hung up on. Corporate and I found that very interesting. I will be visiting Waba again very soon, but not this location.
