Okay I'm not going to be mean about the ppl at the window because they're very nice. But when I order a venti coffee I expect it to be filled not an inch empty. I come here alot and either they forget the foam. As soon as the person gave it to me it felt empty. It's really frustrating to pay 9 dollars for a coffee and more than an inch to get coffee. May as well have ordered a grande. I'm annoyed

Every time I come, it’s never a surprise that my order is gonna be wrong. I’ve ordered the same drink three days in a row just to make sure I wasn’t exaggerating and every single person that it completely different. It’s ridiculous.It’s really bad when I rather Drive to a far location than to go to the one that’s closer to home. They all need to be trained. This is ridiculous especially for the price that we pay for each drink. Gotta make sure you get it right I understand once in a while things are not gonna come out how they should, but it shouldn’t be every single time you come to an establ

Ordered a shaken espresso and was disappointed. One it doesn’t even look like the order and two the drink isn’t even full. I know the lighting isn’t the best but it doesn’t not meet the Starbucks standards :(

Not only were my drinks made properly and tasted great, but the service was awesome! I also had a slight incident and mistakenly tossed a value in the recycle bin. Raquel answered the phone and was helpful the whole way thru. Even when I traveled the distance back to the store to search for my item, she held to her commitment to assist me. Took some time from her busy shift and thank God I found my item!! She didn't have to do it! I am truly thankful there are still caring people in this world!
