Sugar n’ Spice is an absolute classic and hands down one of the best breakfast spots around! If you visit, you absolutely have to try their famous 'wispy-thin' pancakes—they are uniquely thin, light, and packed with incredible flavor. The entire menu is fantastic, from their huge, fluffy omelets to the perfect breakfast meats and creative specials. Everything is served in very generous portions and tastes incredibly fresh. I live nearby and this place is always popping, so I figure I'd give it a try. Vibes are super cool and old timey, so I was ready for some good food. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. The avocado breakfast burrito was quite bland and I found myself having to drown it in salsa :( Service was good and you're not paying too much, but don't come here expecting the best food ever.

I'd recommend going here for breakfast, the hash brown and eggs were delicious. I also had a milkshake and it was literally the best tasting milkshake I have had in my entire life. The server was very friendly.

My husband, toddler and I were excited to try this historic establishment while visiting Cincinnati. However, there were a few things that could have improved the experience. First off, for a restaurant proudly boasting their 1941 operating history, why in the world this restaurant chose to use blatantly bad ai on their children’s menu is a head scratcher (pictured). The word search is virtually unsolvable, the “color me” box is sad, the restaurant logo doesn’t include the “n” and don’t look too closely at those cartoon kid’s hands and features… Advice to the restaurant owner: please hire an
