I have dinner with friends at this only remaining Red Lobster in the Sacramento area last night because we wanted to try the endless shrimp promotion Red Lobster brought back for a limited time. I loved the endless shrimp AYCE at Red Lobster a few years ago but they stopped it when they filed for bankruptcy and reorganized the restaurant chain. This is the first time they bring back the endless shrimp promotion under the new management. It is still very good. Of course the price is a lot higher than before. The price is $29.99 at this location. The restaurant looks pretty old on the outside. T

We came to Red Lobster for my daughter Zelda’s 13th birthday, and Stephen made our experience amazing from start to finish. He was extremely attentive, polite, and constantly checked on our table to make sure we had everything we needed. He gave great suggestions, complimented our choices, and kept such a happy, positive energy the entire time. You can tell he truly cares about creating a great environment for both guests and coworkers. He made our celebration very enjoyable and absolutely deserves a raise. Thank you, Stephen, for making Zelda’s birthday dinner so special!

UPDATED WITH PHOTOS: We visited Red Lobster this past weekend since the last time, which was a handful of years ago. Their new menu (spicy boil) brought us back and we are happy to say that we were not disappointed. We made a reservation and we were seated exactly at our appointment time with many others waiting without reservation. We both had their Mariner’s Boil (lobster tail, shrimp, snow crab legs, corn and potatoes). My meal was very good. In the 25+ years that I’ve been dining at RL, this was the first time I didn’t have seafood…this parm crusted chicken breast was moist and very tasty with the lemon sauce (aioli?)…mashed potatoes were well seasoned and the broccoli was steamed perfectly… a really sweet hostess, Jordan and our waiter Anna was very attentive.
