We visited the new First Watch in Kissimmee on a Thursday morning around 8:30AM and were seated almost immediately. The atmosphere was pleasant and not too busy. The space feels very new, with a contemporary, modern look. There’s also a nice patio area with heaters and fans, which should make it comfortable in different seasonal weather conditions. Our server greeted us quickly and offered coffee right away. He took our drink orders and had them back within just a few minutes.
