I haven’t been here in a few years and it was nice to see the changes. The ordering process is pretty straightforward, with every option available clearly presented in the menu board when you come in. Pick your bowl size and your carb, then move on to the line and pick your protein and veggies. There are numerous sauces and spices available so that you can customize your bowl to your particular tastes. There’s even an option to create a Cajun style bowl! Food was delicious! You chose your starch, then you get a bowl and sauce cup to add your protein and any other additions (veggies, seasonings, sauces) you want. Portion size was exactly what I expected. Love how customizable you c can make it. Delicious. My only complaints were that the staff/signage didn't really help you navigate as a new customer. We had to watch other people or ask what to do. Also, the wall had dust gathered up on it from where it appeared never to have been dusted for months.

Love rhe food and waitstaff. Environment is a little odd with wierd layout and spacing of tables, but regardless, the food is over the top amazing and we frequent this place often. Cost isnt too terrible but plan to spend 50 dollars for 2 people invluding tip.
