Amazing local cafe! Food and coffee was out of this world. I got to try unique coffee bean flavors from various countries. Very unique experience. I have been searching for gluten free and keto options, and this is the only place that I found to work out for me. Cheaper than just about every cafe I’ve been to. Staff were very kind and helpful. Environment was lovely and welcoming! Lots of plants everywhere making it feel more homey and peaceful. I’ve been coming to Ink Cafe for several years now, usually for their flavored lattes/European whipped coffee and their spinach cheese pastries. However, the quality control has really become inconsistent of late. How good of a coffee you will get depends on who’s making it and the variance in quality is large. It’s happened too often that I have decided to give them a break for a while. Hope they can get back to their former glory. The seating, ambiance and service are still very, very good.
