I truly regret waiting so long to visit this restaurant! We went yesterday for dinner, and I already knew what I wanted ... their House Asado. The only thing to decide was whether to get a dinner for two, or split one order. Neither of us are heavy eaters so we split the order and that was perfect for us. (A 'regular' diner might want their own) our meal was BBQ short ribs, thin flank steak, chicken and sausage served with fries. Argentine Corner offers a taste of Argentina in Utah, with dishes that feel authentic and hearty. I tried the Milanesa sandwich with Russian potato salad and a beef empanada to sample a little of everything. The flavors were fresh and satisfying, especially the potato salad and empanada, but the beef in the sandwich had some gristle, which made it tricky to enjoy in a sandwich format. We went here today as a family. We tried Milanesea, Choripan, and Empanadas. So tasty! We are definitely coming back. Our kids all loved it. The owner came out and interacted with us and was so kind. My son wants to bring his friends back for their next school dance.
