I wanted to share some feedback that I hope helps improve the customer experience. After coming inside to order, I stood at the counter for about 10 minutes without being acknowledged. Multiple employees walked past during that time, but nobody greeted us or let us know someone would be with us shortly. What stood out was that we watched several cars move through the drive-thru before our simple order (a Happy Meal and one value menu item) was even taken. Raw chicken nuggets at this location. This manager prioritizing speed over safety. The coke was disgusting. We said something about the coke in the drive thru and the manager quickly told us we were wrong. Absolutely out of line to serve raw product like this just because you are busy. Hopefully no one gets sick from this location.

As I finished eating my food, I had the urge to use the restroom. I had already noticed there was someone in the disbabled stall, which I use for my disability, (epilepsy), as it's spacious if I end up having a seizure. So, after using the restroom, I go to wash my hands, and the person in the disabled stall finally comes out. Not disabled. Not elderly. A woman in her 20's walks out wearing a McDonald's logo with a McDonald's hat on, walks past the sinks to wash her hands, and completely just walks out the door BACK to the kitchen to cook!!! This is a picture of the sunday I ordered. They also forgot a frie. When I went up to ask them about it. They said it would take another 15 minutes. Moral of the story avoid this place!
