The ice in my fanta has black stuff inside of it im assuming its mold! I noticed it after i drank some. Besides having black stuff stuck inside the ice they charge for sauce now. Will never be back this is disgusting

The food is honestly always good, it's the drinks they somehow always mess up. It's like every single person was taught a different way. I asked for the chocolate cold foam coffee to try. It's the only reason I chose Wendy's over McDonald's this time and they somehow forgot the chocolate and the cold foam. I was about to leave, but decided to see if they could help. I must've chose the wrong person to ask because English seemed to be their second language and they just said/nodded it was made correctly.. Even when I voiced about the missing everything. Carson and Mason are the greatest employees, my girlfriend and I were stranded and they offered to help every way that could. They were extremely nice and truly good people. If I was their boss I would give them a raise. 2 of the best employees I have seen at any fast food restaurant.

I went to Wendy’s today, May 1 at 11:30. I asked for a spicy chicken sandwich combination when I got to the window. The girl said hey do you just want a regular chicken sandwich the spicy one will take about five minutes to cook I said I will wait. I also said that I wanted a lot of ketchup so I pulled up and waited mind you I paid $12 for this lunch and I get home and no ketchup was in the sack you think waiting all that time they would’ve put my ketchup in then I tried to call every hour on the hour up there and just kept getting a recording from Wendy’s and couldn’t leave a message because
