The store was unable to produce the item that Jack in the Box recently advertised. I made at least two attempts to order through the app, but those were rejected, because they did not have the necessary ingredients (sliced jalapenos). I was able to place my order tonight, but there were no jalapeno slices on my burger, and there was also no cheese!

I asked for a munchy meal and they gave me a breakfast sandwich when I asked for a spicy chicken sandwich, but when I looked at the receipt, I guess the guy was slow because he said it came with ranch when I asked for no sauce I guess he was too busy to hear. when I said no sauce because he was saying that they’re laughing at me the guy was whispering underneath his breath. I decided to brush it off because it’s late at night. I guess the guy was on illegal subsistence. The only thing that taste good was the Coke. but other than that usually when I come there it’s good service.

I rarely ever leave negative reviews, but cooperate needs to know what's going on here. I've been through the drive thru twice recently. First visit I was given stale old tacos. I figured it was a bad moment and I made the mistake of going back. These were not only worse than the first, I looked in the window and saw the problem. The staff has a stack of tacos just sitting and waiting for orders. There were probably 30 sitting there. They're not making them anywhere close to fresh. The store in North Cleburne, by Albertsons is much better. Go there.

We ordered ahead on the app, got home and saw that they forgot a burger, when we went back to the drive thru, the guy (no name) asked for our name then said, "Nah we don't have that burger anymore bro" And left it at that, like... stayed silent for a good 30 seconds. We said, "oh we were charged for it so... can we maybe substitute it? Silence and then... "did you want something else?" Like... yea... some kind of burger would be nice... what?
