This is a pitiful McDonalds. Seldom is the restaurant cleaned, garbage cans overflowing garbage on the floors and almost never a clean table to sit at and the bathrooms are filthy and smell like urine.

Got an item left off our order in the drive-thru after we were told to pull up from the order screen before we could see it rung up - twice in one morning. The first time we went through again and went ahead and ordered the missing item and a drink, the second time they left the drink off. We gave up. Very unhelpful when we said something, too. Kept saying they couldn't give out free drinks - I didn't want a free drink, I wanted my order rung up correctly, or any least for them to make some effort to fix it after the fact. This is my second review for this location. It’s been a few years and this is still tge worst McDonald’s around! Ordered a sausage, egg and cheese McGriddle and when I opened it it was extra crispy and gross! 🤢 The hash browns were hot and fresh and that was the only good part. Still very disappointed. With the turn over in fast food, you would think this location would improve. I will not be back. I will drive out of my way to the location on Main. At least there they are fast, food is hot and not burnt and my big mac has meat (see previous review) Save yourself the headache and go to a diff

I’m not sure if the issue is understaffing or poor management, but every time I visit this location, the experience is consistently disappointing. Unfortunately, it’s my daughter’s favorite place to eat and also the closest one to our home, so we end up coming here more often than I’d prefer. The service is almost always slow, with long waits even when the lobby isn’t busy. On top of that, my order is incorrect nearly every visit—missing items, wrong items, or something prepared incorrectly. Trying to get a replacement or a refund is incredibly frustrating and feels almost impossible at times.
