Last week, our order was made incorrectly, and instead of a refund, we were told a credit would be added to our account. Since we order weekly I thought that that was reasonable. When we called this week to order, they said there was no credit on file. The manager was rude and dismissive on the phone, showing no effort to resolve the issue or take accountability.
